Got this as a Christmas gift to a crocheter. She loves it! She said the size is perfect, it helps a ton to not have to keep rolling out a yarn ball while working and loves the cat theme. Very cute!

The black glaze has areas where it is gray due to thin application or to surface irregularities in the bowl. This bowl has edges in the cut-out which are sharp and carry a slight burr. I am concerned my yarn will be damaged. The bowl which I replaced (same kind, just broken) had better glazing and better cut-out edges, although one area was sharp.
