Eau de Vie is French for Water of Life and we all know drinking tea is like breathing!  Back reads: Drink Tea Be Happy. This teapot is created from porcelain clay, kiln fired to over 1900 degrees. All lead free, non toxic, eco-friendly materials were used. This teapot was made to serve and brew tea- please do not place on stove top or open flame. Safe to dishwash and microwave. It has an interior strainer created by piercings in the wall before the spout, so can be used with loose tea leaves. Lid has lock feature for extra safety when pouring. This large teapot measures 6 inches high by x 9 inches spout to handle- Holds 4-5 cups. Great gift for a tea lover.
