The "counting stitches" yarn bowl was bought as a gift for an avid knitter. The expression on the bowl exactly describes the results of asking a question while they are knitting. I have not yet presented the gift, but I know it will be much used and enjoyed. In response to questions and a minor issue, the Lenny Mud customer service and overall order process was the best I have ever experienced in years of e-commerce.

Unfortunately the item I ordered came in damaged but due to a great customer service team, that unfortunate event was very short lived. I received the a brand new one in less than a week.
